This initiative is dedicated to fostering greater gender diversity in business education by developing high-quality teaching case materials that highlight the challenges, achievements, and leadership journeys of real women across industries.

By encouraging academics and case writers worldwide to create stories featuring women in decision-making roles, we aim to reshape the narrative in business schools, ensuring that future leaders—regardless of gender—learn from diverse, inspiring role models. The competition provides a platform for innovative research and storytelling that elevates female voices, inspires change, and supports educators in delivering inclusive learning experiences.

The Emerald/Case for Women competition is more than an award—it is a catalyst for meaningful conversations in classrooms, boardrooms, and beyond.
